Because Bluegreen understands that leisure is one of the most important aspects of our busy lives, we are able to offer a great discounted getaway adventure suited to your family's vacation needs with up to 12 months to enjoy. During your getaway, you will learn about Bluegreen vacation ownership and our collection of more than 60 resort destinations. This is a great way for you to share in the fun and see why so many people trust Bluegreen for memorable vacations.

How can I book my travel dates?

How long do I have to use my Bluegreen Getaway?

Travel must be completed within 12 to 18 months (depending upon the details of your package) of the purchase date of your vacation package.

Can I reschedule my travel dates?

Yes, you can reschedule your vacation package. At the time of rescheduling, a $38 refundable reservation fee will be required. This fee will be refunded at check-in on the rescheduled date. If the reschedule occurs within 72 hours of the travel date, a $75 nonrefundable no show fee maybe charged.

Can family or friends that also bought a Bluegreen Getaway travel at the same time as me, to the same location?

Because we tailor each presentation to the vacation interests of each individual family, we do not allow group travel.

Where will I be staying?

Depending upon the type of package purchased, accommodations will be either at an independently owned and operated select area hotel or a Bluegreen Vacations resort.

Can I bring my pet?

For hotel and resort stays, pets are not permitted. For packages including RV pad accommodations, a maximum of two (2) household pets, each up to 50 lbs., are permitted to accompany guests (RV not included).

Can I upgrade or add additional nights to my Getaway?

Yes, upgrades and additional nights are available and are based upon availability. Contact our Vacation Specialists at 800.423.8055 for personal assistance. Be sure to call early for best selection.

Why have I been invited to tour a Bluegreen resort?

During your Bluegreen Getaway, an approximately two-hour vacation ownership sales presentation and tour will introduce you to the advantages of vacation ownership and how Bluegreen® can enhance your vacation experiences by allowing you to customize your getaways at an affordable price.

When will I attend the presentation?

We will schedule your presentation time once you arrive at our Welcome Center. Most of our guests prefer to get acquainted with the area first, so we usually schedule your presentation on the day after your arrival date.

Can I attend the presentation by myself?

If married, or cohabiting and combining income, the couple is required to visit and attend the timeshare sales presentation together (except where prohibited by law).

What can I expect during the presentation?

A first-hand look at Bluegreen Vacations without any pressure, hassles or stress.

Do I have to purchase a Bluegreen Vacation Club interest?

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a Bluegreen Vacation Club interest; however, we are confident that you will like what you see, and that you'll find Bluegreen timeshare ownership to be a great value!

When do I receive my gift(s)?

You will receive the point-of-sale gift(s) accompanying your Bluegreen Getaway on the purchase date. Any remaining gift(s) will be provided upon your completion of the approximately 120 minute vacation ownership sales presentation and tour (or sooner if required by law).
